At Elavait Consulting we work remotely using web cam and appropriate meeting facilities to interact with our customers. We prefer this method to remove the need for office space for our resources at your site and to minimize the cost on expenses as part of the engagement. We are well adverse to this style of working and should be seen as your virtual HCM assistants 

Elavait Consulting will look to engage and provide services as quickly as possible to meet the needs of our customers. We ask for two weeks notice to mobilise resources and prepare relevant service information and documentation templates 

Yes, as part of our Deep dive problem solving and Collaborating as part of our team service offerings we allow our customers to pre book a volume of days to use on demand over the course of the calendar year. Our customers use this approach to ensure quick on demand engagement as and when needed to support projects and business as usual activities

No, agreed pools of days are for the current calendar year and must be used prior to the end of the agreed calendar year period.  Calendar year start and end dates are agreed at the start of any engagement

Yes, all documents and templates created or used as part of our engagement can be retained by our customers. We pro actively promote using quality documentation that has been used to drive decisions and project activities to form a basis for in house documentation to support your transformation journey, HCM processes and supporting solution documentation
